    John is a great guy, and he hires wonderful staff to help run the place. This is the place to go if you want the best deli sandwich in Fairfield, IL. Their sour cream and cheddar macaroni salad is VERY serious. The Cajun turkey will “make your eye-teeth slap your gums out,” according to my grandma. My friends and I used to eat here once a week for lunch, but now I just try to go anytime I’m in town to support local business. Good ol Johnny B’s!
